You can also find decisions by using the Search facility. Use the Case Reference number, an address or the name of an interested party to search for.

Decisions made by Leasehold Valuation Tribunals up to 31 December 2002 are available online on the Leasehold Advisory Service website at www.lease-advice.org/.

Decision and reasons documents made by Rent Assessment Committees in the period 01 January 2001 to 31 December 2002 may be inspected at the Residential Property Tribunal Service office for the area in which the property is situated. Copies can be made of these documents, for which the RPTS office may charge a fee. Contact the appropriate RPTS office to make an appointment to inspect these documents. Panel Offices.
